The workshop introduces and discuss positive coping skills, resources, cognitive patterns, and a sense of self-efficacy for participants to get the most out of their lives.
A support group using multi-model approaches and expressive art to educate participants about selected topics in mental health and substance use. An eclectic approach is used, however cognitive behavior therapy and motivational interviewing approaches are emphasized. The group aims to introduce and discuss positive coping skills, resources, cognitive patterns, and a sense of self-efficacy for participants to get the most out of their lives.
